Rotary International publishes a general interest magazine "Rotary World" four times a year. The past several issues are available as PDF files

The District Governor's newsletter is in Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) format, so you can read it as if directly off the printed page. However you DO need to have the free Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer to view it.
